Order Cancellation

You can request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer service team at support@iriscastle.com with your order details, including the order number and the items you wish to cancel. Our team will guide you through the cancellation process.

For cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window, we regret to inform you that the order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled. In such cases, we recommend considering our return or exchange options after receiving the order.


Refund Process

If your cancellation request is made within the stipulated 24-hour period, we will process your refund using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.


Exceptions

Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as these items are specially crafted to your specifications. Additionally, items that have already been shipped or are in the process of being shipped cannot be cancelled.
